SabriScan Oy specialized in automotive lighting injection moulds and related optical inserts. SabriScan also handles all type of plastic moulds. Competitiveness has been built on comprehensive and trained global network (LCC - low-cost-country supply chain), local service units and OPEX-Lean excellency.
Headquarter is in Riihimäki, Finland. Service centers are in Romania and India. Typical clients are European OEM, tier-1 and tier-2 suppliers notably in automotive and other technology sectors.
SabriScan support customer from product development stage with DfM, feasibility studies and FMEA until SOP. SabriScan support customers during the warranty period in terms of modifications, corrections and spare parts at SabriScan local service facilities. SabriScan produces moulds in Finland, China and India based on project and customer requirements. SabriScan manages logistics of this supply chain.
