Open Job Positions: Sales & Project Management

We are looking for sales and project management staff to our growing team to meet international molds and special purpose machinery demands. Our international customers are key players in the automotive industry and market & technology leaders in their segment. 

​Your job involves developing existing customer relationships and acquiring new customers. You are responsible for the sales process and projecting management and monitoring/controlling. This task requires travel and a smooth English language skill. German/French/Spanish/Chinese language skills will be added advantages.

Primary work location will be Central European Region. Exact town/city can be agreed with you as per your convenience. You must be ready to move to other work locations (Asia, Eastern Europe, America) temporarily or permanently if the business demands the same.

We appreciate sales experience, but the most important thing is an open and entrepreneurial attitude. Understanding of the mold engineering and manufacturing industry is of added benefit.

We provide orientation and training at our premises in Riihimäki. You grow your by developing our processes that incorporate LEAN principles.

The person we are looking for is graduate/postgraduate sales minded Engineer with a good attitude, ethics and integrity.  Experience in product development, project organization or design of engineering equipment is required. Individual experience in machining, mold manufacturing and plastic industry is a great advantage.
